There were no tags on any of the far rim systems I visited with jumponium a week after Horizons launched. Similarly Flector and the other CMDR who was out there a few days later didn't report seeing any. As such I would expect the cheats went there later than that. Also, I very much doubt that they had the intelligence to find the systems independently so only found out about them from our posts

That could mean the hack is still active if these particular systems were tagged after Horizons went live, but before 2.1

if a system was tagged before it was possible to get there then for sure they are cheating rat bags. But if they appeared after jumponium/engineers then we cant assume the discoverer cheated to get there. Perhaps they didn't want to have their name recorded as a record, didn't realise it, or a dozen other honest reasons why people didn't know about it on this forum.
