Your Feature Request / Idea
So the Idea is, the Entertainment division really wants to liven up the park. And Issac has spent a lot of time touring Aquariums and Zoos all around the world.
"Man, Modern day Nature is TIGHT with Color and Drama. We need some of this flair for our dinosaurs. Maybe we could bring a few exotic species here and study them."
Phase 1. Isla Manteceros South-
A new expedition Crew is established, which fly to various points around the globe, such as the Amazon Rain Forest, The Great Barrier Reef, Madagascar, ect. To capture live Reptiles, Amphibians, Birds and Fish to get new Cosmetic genes for.
New Building: a small Biodome/Aquarium for the researchers to study, and the guest to observe ( functions as both a research step and a Fun attraction)
Phase 2) New Genes: These would be Colors based on Many tropical birds and fish, for instance:
Red Turquise Discus Fish, Lunar Wrase, Regal Blue Tang, Peakcock, Birds of Paradise, Poison Dart Frogs, Chameleons.
These new patterns would be vivid stripes and striations, spots, or highlights giving the dinosaurs some very new looks, inspired by the new captive specimens.
Challenges would be to create various Dinosaurs with New Cosmetic traits to test their popularity.
Phase 3: New Dinos- Isla Tacono (expanded)
Opening up another section of the map, Issac wants to add in some new Dinosaurs:

With a new feeder, Ostritch Eggs, this Carnivore would generally not poss a threat to your Herbivores, but can defend itself from other small carnivores.
The Microceratus- Bright and colorful, may hold a deadly secret based on the new cosmetic genes recieved from the poison dart frog.
Dimetrodon- A sail that has vibrant patterns, the animal behaves in new ways, a carnivore that generally will not hunt most Small/medium herbivores because they move to fast...but it will instantly be drawn to other animals that are wounded in battle, prepared to finish the kill
Finally, New Attractions to show off the new colors and dinos:
The Jungle River cruise- With a deep river/ Canal that can be used to section off paddocks like a fense, so guest can view different enclosures.
Star Colluseum- Like the TREX kingdom for your featured attraction
Mt. Sibu Hibatchi Resturant( Lava Theme) and The Tiki Club ( More active at Night)
