Future plans for DLC's based on the 1st DLC?

Seeing the announcement made today, it was probably an early leak, what DLC's do you think are planned? Being that this DLC is Early Cretaceous, do you think we may get something like Early Jurassic or Late Triassic? We definitely will see a Dominion DLC, but that won't be for some time. Carnivores are always popular, so maybe a Carnivore pack? Same with herbivores? An Aviary DLC? An aquatic DLC?

At this point, I just want to see feathered dinosaurs, non-Mesozoic creatures, and more unique dinosaurs / pterosaurs / aquatic creatures, some of which should be featured in Dominion: Moros, Oviraptor, Quetzalcoatlus, Lystrosaurus, Pyroraptor, Therizinosaurus. Personally though, based on what I've seen from this first DLC, I just expect more creatures that are pretty much edits of existing models, probably with similar time period themes. The fact that we've three ornithocheirids and three plesiosaurs shows me that they're trying to put in as many species with minimal work.

It would be great for Frontier to choose species totally different from existing species in the game. But, I do understand why they would go with similar type species, time constraints probably. But yes, I would like to see a broader array of species. And not just dinosaurs, but prehistoric creatures. Dimetrodon, existing long before the dinosaurs, has a strong JP connection. I hope they make one.

As a way to have a compromise, having species that look distinctly different from the existing species in the game, but from a similar family. Examples are ceratopsians and hadrosaurs

This is a video from Gamer Empire from 2018, when JWE first came out. Many of the dinosaurs and ideas mentioned have been added into the game. But, there are many good ideas that could still be incorporated into the current game. Maps of certain regions of the world that could be represented in a future DLC could be Asia and Africa. North America, Europe, and Central America are currently represented in the game.

This DLC was likely planned from before launch. I think the variety is good but I am not getting a dinosaur DLC until we have a decoration and path DLC. I am still dismayed at the lack of decorations, placeable trees and path options- it was a huge problem in the last game and it is still a huge problem now. I am sure plenty of Dinosaur DLC will be coming but it's not as necessary, we have tons of animals to choose from- but little to make our parks unique.

Well, there's the inevitable Dominion update of course, which I'm expecting to be less a dinosaur pack and more a full update like Return to Jurassic Park with campaigns and everything. I'm hoping that'll at least include Therizinosaurus, Oviraptor and Quetzalcoatlus. A behind the scenes shot includes Lystrosaurus, which if it is included opens up the door to more non-dinosaurs. Which leads me to...

Late Triassic Pack:
  • Postosuchus
  • Tanystropheus
  • Plateosaurus
  • Shonisaurus
I know I'm in the minority here (or silent majority perhaps, since the Ludia games continue to make bank and people keep asking for Scorpius Rex), but I'd also like to see the hybrids return. I'd expect a hybrid pack to contain updated versions of the Secrets of Dr. Wu hybrids and 3 new ones (owing to the former being re-releases content). Depending on if Frontier changes their mind on Camp Cretaceous content, this could include Scorpius Rex and the new Sinoceratops/Spinosaurus hybrid and I would like to see select dinosaurs gain a bioluminescent gene. Also it would be neat if these hybrids would include some new behaviors that give gameplay variety but don't make sense for normal dinosaurs.

(Personally, I would prefer such a hybrid pack to have only hybrids but with Frontier's rather... aggressive DLC tactics I sadly kind of expect them to add at least 1 real animal to get people who don't like hybrids to buy it too.)

It's hard for me to guess how DLC will go because we've only gotten 1 pack which is hardly a pattern, and every new DLC/update will change it, but in terms of other content and animals I would love to see, I'd be totally willing to pay for:

CONTENT:
  • More tour rides - a boat ride, a balloon ride, an underwater monorail/gondola type deal.
  • Attractions - Viewing domes, rides like the Egg Spinner or Bone Shaker for adventure guests, maybe a tree house hotel thing that gives accommodation and attracts nature guests, Petting zoos (I've given up on juveniles, but between new dinosaurs and resizes we have candidates to fill it up).
  • Additional decorations, rocks, trees, brushes, paths (where are my RTJP paths?) and building skins. Decorative fences and hedges using the fence system would be neat too. And most of all, bridges!
  • A return of Paleobotany, using optional feeders to upgrade your herbivores which could boost their appeal, prevent diseases like the Common Cold or give them traits like Fit or Resilient (or Sickly, if you give them the wrong ones).
  • The return of Storm Defense centers as an expensive lategame option to help deal with storms.
  • Invisible fence technology! Use to have more control over your animals territory, but angry or hungry dinosaurs walk right out!
  • More biomes and (bigger) maps!
ANIMALS:
  • Yangchuanosaurus*
  • Nyctosaurus
  • Protoceratops*
  • Dimetrodon
  • Concavenator
  • Deinocheirus*
  • Shunosaurus*
  • Thescelosaurus
  • Microceratus*
  • Shantungosaurus*
  • Argentinasaurus
  • Kosmoceratops
  • Gigantoraptor*
  • Rhamphorhynchus
  • Pelecanimimus
  • Ichtyovenator*
  • Tenontosaurus
  • Austroraptor
  • All the animals I mentioned before: Therizinosaurus, Oviraptor, Quetzalcoatlus, Lystrosaurus, Plateosaurus, Shonisaurus, Postosuchus, Tanystropheus
  • Hybrids
* candidates for an Asia pack?

Content I would absolutely NOT pay for but should be included in free updates:
  • Freeform Mode for people who just want to build a park with the game mechanics intact.
  • More Sandbox options, including turning off combat and scientists.
  • Herbivores like Hadrosaurs and Sauropods being more able to fight back.
Edit for consistently misspelling Rhamphorhynchus haha.
