Hi,

Has anyone seen this ship anywhere? I am looking for it, visited many systems and unidentified signal sources, to no avail.

Would be cool to have a contact in the stations, like a bartender, where you could ask for people or rumors.

In Premium Beta, it popped up as one of the random "Unidentified Signal Source" scenarios.

In the absence of any other suggestions, head on out, supercruise around, and look for those U.S.S. popups ahead of you. Investigate each one.

If you're lucky, FD will have "loaded" the USS randomiser to serve up the exact ship you're seeking. If not, I reckon this particular mission is a waste of time. :)

Thanks for the heads up. I have been cruising around a lot, to many different signal sources, to no avail.

What happens if I don't finish the mission? There does not seem to be a penalty/fine on the mission, so my guess is nothing will happen, although maybe reputation towards a specific entity might take a hit, if there is such a thing as reputation that is:)

I found him today flying as an I identified signal near the romenesko station (sp?) at Opala. He's a type 9 Lakon and when approach starts offering tech for sale. However It doesn't seem that you can trade with them yet... Incidentally there is an identical one at Ovid called tech industries - I'm guessing the contract was put out by them to remove the competition...

Ps if you take too long to kill him a pair of police jump in to hep defend him!

He can be found at an Unidentified Signal Source at any Agricultural System, since wants food. The same applies to the other targets. For example Technological Acquisitions can be found at High Tech systems etc...

In last beta I've encountered him/her quite often at the nearest unidentified signal source to Azeban.

Was constantly shouting out about "Beautiful original cheap Swiss watches!"
