Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Galactic Standings for the Week Starting 14th of January, 3302 - Cycle 33

We are back out of turmoil and Ienpalang has been recovered.
Additionally, we have dodged the bullet and have successfully avoided expansion into the bad system of HIP 31666.
Things are looking good for us this week. The only issue we have is that perhaps we have just been too successful and will now have to carefully manage a reasonably large positive CC surplus.

Our place in the Galactic Standings remains at 5th.

if I rank up (not really done much power play) does that mean I can pick up more than 10 materials every 29 minutes? It's a silly-small amount, and means either paying 100K Cr, or spend ages messing around coming back to Cubeo every half hour. Neither of which things appeals greatly.

Yes. It tells you if you look in the galactic power section what you earn.

Rank 1 = 10 merits = 1k salary
Rank 2 = 15 = 50k
Rank 3 = 20 = 500k
Rank 4 = 25 = 5M
Rank 5 = 50 = 50M

That wasn't my question though. Currently I can only pick up 10 materials (e.g. for fortification) every 29 minutes - that makes it tedious to get any amount, or you can pay 100k Cr to fast track the next 10. If I were higher rank, could UI pick up more materials per half-hour, or is it still only 10?

It increases as per what ste wrote. You can get up to 50 per half hour.
