[Galaxy Map - Bookmarks] Folders/Subfolders and (maybe) more (customisable) bookmark-icons

Everyone knows the pain to scroll down longer if more and more objects got bookmarked, even if you named them with prefixes to find certain things faster.
So basically you can create (atleast hundreds) of folders and then just assign bookmarks to them. Plus the ability to assign icons (out of a pool, with customisable colors) for each folder and its bookmarks.

I could explain lots of ways to implement, but cause the lack of knowing used code/structure (i'm a programmer myself) it would be an essay.

I second this. The current bookmarks implementation is too bare-bones to be really useful. What it would need, from the most essential to the least, is:

1 - Being able to tick the display of bookmarks on or off individually, instead of all on or all of
2 - Being able to save them into separate lists, and being able to toggle the display for the whole list on/off
3 - Being able to assign a specific color to the icons from a list of bookmarks

Because as of now I only use them as a short-term clipboard, instead of an information repository (I hate seeing them all clouding my map)

Yes please. Both of these suggestions are fantastic. Organising my bookmarks is currently down to naming conventions which is fine (if clunky) for the list, but the map is still a mass/mess of blue markers without classification.

I really need something like this.
