Galaxy Map - Permit locked Bubble please

With the additional permit locked sectors at the rear end of our galaxy it's proving a royal pain to map through that area.

Can we please have a map option to highlight permit locked sectors / systems with a bubble much like powerplay?

Coming through the Cone / NGC / Horsehead is a nightmare.

In general it would be handy to show permit locked systems at a glance, hovering over hundreds of systems trying to find a way through is not fun.

And if FDev won't give us that, here's something simpler:

When the route plotter fails, show us where it failed. Move the Galmap's centered system from the intended destination to the place where it fell over. Either the permit-locked system that blocked the route, or the last viable system that it failed to move on from, I don't mind which. Either way, I could start looking for a way around, from that point.

I also find it odd that the route plotter makes no effort to steer around permit-locked systems. If there was a gap, it would try to route around it: but if there's a permit-locked system in there, it tries to route straight through it and then throws a hissy fit. Strange that we can use "apply filter to route" to steer around any specific star class or whatever, but not filter out permit-locked systems at all?

That might be the simplest way of implementing this. Just add "permit-locked" to the many system options that we can display or ignore in the galmap.
