Instead or plus to the Galaxy Map id like to have a Galaxy Navigator. Sometimes the "Map" is not the right tool for the current task. For example if you search for ALL outposts/stations, sorted by a specific service. Sure you got those color-codes on your map. But often you wont see them on a usable scale and if you zoom out you miss them because the become too small. A simple list would be more effective and the right tool. Sure it does not look so cool, but as a navigator/pilot coolness comes with effectivity not with effect-overloaded eyecandy in the navigation-system.
