GalMap: Supercharging FSD and Jumponium don't work

I can't plot a route above my standard jump distance.

1. jumponium doesn't work
Selecting the fsd boost level in route configuration on the left changes the number at the bottom of the panel, suggesting that I have enough range to jump, but I can't plot. Doesn't work even if I apply boost before opening Galmap. I click & hold on the target, the target is 72LY away (my ship has 68LY range and FSD boost lvl1 selected in config AND applied on the ship, so my range is well over 80LY) and I get no route, even though the galmap actually draws a line from my position to the target system, indicating it's within range.

2. neutron highways don't work either
I flew to my current position on a neutron highway in Horizons, I can't fly back, no route, even if I make sure I set "fastest route + use supercharge" in route config. Note, I'm jumping from a neutron star with FSD already supercharged and full fuel, through an area that's littered with neutron stars every 100LY or so (my ship can do 272+ LY supercharged) at a distance that's literally 3 jumps long (so no refuel necessary) and which I've literally covered in the other direction just a couple of days ago.

I used jumponium and neutron highway numerous times in Horizon. I found the route configuration button in new Galmap and made sure I have no filters in user data / map filters.
