Fast doesn't really come into it, a ~500LY sphere is just on a different scale to what can be done in any reasonable amount of time. The "Great Raxxla Potato Hunt" aimed to scan all systems within 200LY of Sol, they started in 2019 and have done 62%. For the Scriveners, I think Cannon gambled on a few small regions that might be more likely to have it, searched those, and found nothing.
Unless we're being more literal about "inhumanly" fast, but it doesn't seem like this stuff can be datamined.
If Kay has done a runner, there's a few places she may have gone:

Those all belong to the Kumo Crew, which is the last place she would want to be right now. It'd make more sense to heck off to the middle of nowhere in deep space.
Yep, but only one of them is in Delaine space... 3 of which are outside the bubble and one under Sirius.
Who is to say that she doesn't still hold sway in any of those places... prolly by pre-emptively killing those loyal to Delaine.
Also, where would be the last place you would expect to find her...

Archon Delaine is weak. His real failure is that he let himself betrayed and was deceived by two of his closest advisors. Leaders who do such a failure are not worthy to keep their position. All you Delaine Fanboys/Fangirls are doomed to follow such a disapointment.
No doubt Trask and Kay got to liking that "special tofu" only available at Joker's Deck private parties...

If you read the lore, you'll see that the Pirate King is decided by a one on one fight to decide who is strongest and it can be called at any time. By going against that Trask and Vol have essentially ostracized themselves from the wider pirate hierarchy, especially since they had to get mercs to try and achieve their aims.
If there were the possibilitiy in game he would long have been replaced by me. Thats for sure. And you all would bow before me. You should thank the Devs that they denied me my right by their coding.
He can die and replaced. PP characters aren't immortal. How many times I must repeat about it.
His weak leadership must been reveal to expose his true weaknesses.
+1. I have similar thoughs. Additionally, when he won't support anarchies against his title (sorry 'title'). He must be for sure replaced.
In the 7years Powerplay had existed, not a single leader have died, been retired or anything. I may have missed you repeat it for the past 7 years, but unless it's the feature they are overhauling (and even then, it's not granted), you should be ready to keep on repeating it for the next 7years.
@Erei Wasn't died, because by that six years from start, people wasn't had courage, to organise coups or CG's wasn't been directed to PP characters themselfs. Seventh year begins with coups. If NMLA won CG during election (first time) or war (second time), then at least two PP characters (which was had Duval) would have to step down and being replaced by new ones, which NMLA could dictated. Now imagine, that NMLA won this election, which I had mentioned. If people was choose right one and not choose Tau, then he could survive and all that history will goes on new way. NMLA would stop terrorise people and the rest could be end in more peaceful way during new CGs after election. Many deaths would be avoided.
Now people of galaxy sees, that rules must be changed. Hudson, Grom (damn, again I was mentioned them together) now also Delaine. They cannot rule endlessly. All must step down and give them to new generation of PP characters.
Btw. To everyone: Have a courage to choose alternative choose, when opportunity comes for it during CG! Don't afraid them! Choose new ones!
