I am visiting Forester's Choice. And it is as Javi Alvarado said “Things are a little weird in Forester’s Choice right now. It doesn’t seem anywhere near as busy, and many concourse vendors have closed down. There’s almost a kind of religious hush."

Checked out the dredger and remains of the gen ship but nothing new to see so far I was able to tell.
