Galnet Audio clipping

Granted I have rather sensitive hearing, but did anyone else noticed that the galnet audio is clipping a lot recently? Especially when there is some other "constant" sound played in the background, like FSD loading let's say.

There is a lot of high frequency clipping, almost like it was playing off a vinyl record, kind of. It's both annoying and it hurts my ears.

I haven't, but I don't listen to Galnet often. I'll do that tonight and let you know what I find.
