Yes I have and I think this may have been part of the manually driven story lines and someone keyed a date wrong!! It may be the Galnet feed on the website queries the backend database on a today minus x days basis and so wouldn't pickup a future event.
I admit I haven't ticketed it, my bad I'm slack over the holiday period lol
