Could we have this please either available as a tab in the comms panel, or any other panel of your chooosing.
Could also be like a news ticker as there is space on the screen for one
On a long exploration run, there is no way of keeping up with whats happening unless you check before or after you finished playing.

I know that the news is available via several outlets and sources, but being able top call them up in-game while exploring would be a bonus.

Maybe as an add-on exploration extra that can be fitted.

If you have Voice Attack or another way to output text to Microsoft's Text2Speech engine, then you can either use the galnewsreader tool I wrote (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=67293&highlight=galnewsreader) or just pipe the RSS feed to your TTS tool.

slight rant towards Microsoft : you have a Text2Speech engine but no 'say' command or any inbuilt way to pipe stdout to it? Words can not even begin to express your stupidity!
