I dont know if there are any plans yet for the tiny monitor between your legs. I think it would be great if you could display Galnet transmissions on it. But only in/near inhabited systems, if you are far away it will only display snow noise and gets clearer if you advance towards civilised space.
Galnet could be improved in general, with pictures of important characters, systems of interest and so on. Criminals with highest bounty in current system aswell as economic state and ongoing civil wars.
