I believe the stats simply state how many of each ship types CMDRs have brought into the station. So if you see six Cobras have come into the station, this could me six CMDRs have brought their Cobras there, or maybe a single CMDR has flown there six times in his Cobra, or any combination inbetween.
What would be useful is if the report also gave an indication of the number of CMDRs come into the station too?
eg:-
Cobras 10 (6) - When a Cobra came into the station ten times, but six different CMDRs were involved?
Alternativally just show the CMDR stat(s) completely autonomously.
