Utopia has requested baking materials and ingredients in the Polevnic system, as part of efforts to fend off megacorporate interference with Utopias staple food, kale quiche.
A grumpy Simguru Pranav Antal, leader of the commune, broadcast this message:
“In recent years, Utopia has been inexorably exposed to the mundane cuisine that besets humanity. I am especially concerned about the risk of our supreme food, quiche, being stolen as with the Vitadyne nanoquiche recipe that was taken from us. Misuse of our advanced food and baking technology could lead to a shift in power or colossal indigestion, something my conscience will not permit.”
“And yet while Utopia's artisanal plasma ovens remain on gas mark 5 for 40 minutes, the mass catering arm of Sirius insist on making their presence felt. External kale suppliers to our commune have been bought or dissuaded by Li Yong-Rui using massive bribes and bad Sirius puns.”
“I am hesitant to send impressionable members of my community to source kale and other ingredients far from us, lest they fall victim to more puns or the temptation of Kumo 'Burgers'. Therefore, I ask members of the galactic community to do it instead, because if I hear another 'U R in Sirius Trouble Quicheboy' I'm going to scream.'
