Game already out?!

I went to gamestops site and it said this game was for sale since the 9th also i called the store near me and said that they got it and were sold out? The site also said that the GS's around me were all sold out, but i thought this was supposed to come out the 12th? Could someone please clartify this for me just incase the site and store is screwed up or something.

The official release date is the 16th in the US, it's possible that some stores have already received stock.

Yep, it's out. I've had the PC version for a couple of days (store released it on Thursday). It's fun, and I like that this one's on PC as well.

GameStop. All the local ones had it in stock (PC, Wii, Xbox 360, PS2 and PSP).
