@Spottedfeather Are you saying Game Broked ... Again?
I hate to break this out:
After I gotten the Park Managers' Collection Pack DLC, I did the Jurassic difficulty challenge mode based on the film
Jurassic World. I encountered a problem while I was at it.
I noticed the developers put little effort in amending the dinosaur cohabitation element for the better.
As long as these are in default when it comes to dinosaur cohabitation element, the official Germany Jurassic difficulty challenge mode no longer works:
- Pachycephalosaurids like stegosaurids, but neutral to ornithomimids, hadrosaurids, and ceratopsids.
- Ornithomimids, hadrosaurids, and ceratopsids are neutral to pachycephalosaurids
- Torosaurus and Triceratops dislike each other.
- Camarasaurus and Apatosaurus dislike each other.
- Diplodocus cannot cohabit with Camarasaurus, Apatosaurus, and Brachiosaurus
Though I am not sure about Tapejara; the availability of the species listed enable players to cheat in the official Germany challenge mode in Jurassic difficulty:
- Barbaridactylus
- Dimorphodon
- Geosternbergia
- Pteranodon
- Quetzalcoatlus
- Plesiosaurus
- Elasmosaurus
- Kronosaurus
- Tylosaurus
- Mosasaurus
- Megalodon
The description of the Germany challenge goes as, "A quiet location set on the coast of Germany at the edge of a large temperate forest. Rules against genetic modifications are strict here and only herbivores are allowed." It is hypocritical to have the listed species above available because they are carnivores that threaten people. Of the marine species, Archelon and Shonisaurus are exceptions because they pose no threat to humans.
Amending the dinosaur cohabitation element not only get the official Germany challenge mode in Jurassic difficulty working; but also to attract people to play the Custom Challenge.
