Game breaking issues are still here

the 10 second rule, for those that don't know means that so long as you dealt damage to an enemy within 10 seconds before it dies/explodes YOU get the bounty and not an NPC that may have been shooting at it. It helps the player by lessening the NPCs that can 'steal' a bounty from a player, and it gives you more time to take careful shots. But it can be exploited while you hang back and allow NPC authorities to weaken an enemy, then you swoop in and take the killing blow.

I'd like to thank everybody that took the time to respond.
I'm glad that #1 is being addressed and I still feel that #2 is wrong, at the very least for not making it clear beforehand that acquired bounties will be lost on death. It is not like I am carrying the killed party's head in my cargo hold.It is unexpected at the very least, but if it is an informed and final decision, I think it should still be made more clear to the new players about it.At the very least I'd make bounties "saved" on docking, because I had bounties to be collected locally, in Federation space and in Empire space if I recall right.
Hopefully something is done about fixing the issues with #3 and I'm glad #4 got settled.
Again, thanks for the contributed information!
