Volumes with 8 digits do wrap around. Suggest you raise a ticket for it. I've seen it before, but was in-game at the time and didn't go to raise a ticket, but will do so now.

I have that at a couple of stations too, strange thing is whenever you fly around the galaxy and return to the same station you'll see it again, mine appears in the black blank line above the item !

On a side note noticing your location, you might find Allowair (sw of you) which has good prices of gold in your region.

I already have a ticket open for this. It used to be pretty irritating if you use OCR for commodity price but newer versions of EliteOCR handle it much better.
