Coaster Crazy Game center problems

Hi,

I'm having some trouble with linking Coaster Crazy to game center.
I first installed the game on my iPhone, then I got an iPad and removed the game from my phone. On my iPad it now sais that I can only link one game to my account. Is there any way to fix this so I can take part in the challanges and upload my coasters etc.

Hi Roher,

You can only register your game center account to a single device, but if you would like to change to your iPad to play I can unlock your account for you. This will mean that you will love any existing progress that you have made though, as save-game files are saved locally to your device.

If you're ok with starting again though, email me at abarley@frontier.co.uk with your game center nick name and I'll 'unlock' your account for you.

What error message are you getting and is it preventing you from entering the game completely, or is it when you try to enter the social hub?

Some players that had this issue before the most recent update may still have problems accessing some of the game's social features. Try updating to version 1.2 of the game and if you're still having issues, let me know you game center nickname and I should be able to fix it for you.

Hi again Smartieke,

Your account is coming up as 'unlimited' on our system so I'll have to ask the dev team about this as this isn't something we haven't come across yet. Hopefully I can get back to you with a solution soon.

Hi Smartieke,

We've looked into this issue and it seems to be affecting a small number of players that were having issues with the social hub prior to the most recent update. So whilst the larger issue has been resolved, some players are still affected.

In our next update we're hoping to either implement an automatic fix for this, or at least a way for us to be able to manually fix it on a user by user basis. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we will get it resolved soon!

Hi Smartieke,

If this is the case then we'll have to look into it again. Are you running version 1.3 of the game? The one with the 2 new continents?
