Game controls

I remember having a print-out of the game controls for my Commodore 64, it was a graphic of the keyboard with a very brief description of what each key did. It would be infinitely useful if we could go to the "Control Screen" and click Print to produce a dynamically generated layout of the controls for however we had it set up at the time of printing.

Also, I know we can "strafe" left and right. Is there anyway to strafe up/down without pointing the nose in that direction?

Yes, you can strafe up and down. Make sure to bind the strafing options to keys in the options menu.

Thrust Up / Thrust Down in the settings,
i believe R and E by default for keyboard (don't know for sure as i got it mapped on a hat on my throttle)

If you're using an X-55 stick/throttle combo then I have a reference sheet generator in my signature.

I did consider extending this to the keyboard but it would be a fair amount of work and given that I don't use the keyboard I decided against it. If someone does have a keyboard template I could perhaps take a look to see how much work it would be.
