Game crash on selling exploration data. - Is it a known bug?

Deciding to progress my explorer rating I went off on a little jaunt today - cashing in my 900KCr with 66 first discovery bonuses I was greeted by the game disappearing and the crash report screen popping up.

Is this a known bug? Should any major exploration on my part be put on hold until it is fixed?

Any thoughts?

Known ancient bug that should have been fixed ages ago. Only thing you can do is keep selling as much as you can between crashes. Sometimes it helps to sell individual systems instead of pages, and sometimes it helps to clear the cache.
