I just purchased this game and downloaded everything into steam. I have the Africa, North America, and Arctic DLC. The game will open and do the intro sequence with an animal and then it will crash. I cannot get this game to work at all. I have Windows 10, way better specs than needed and have tried all of the things that are suggested by a google search. The best I can do is to mess with the compatibility settings and get to the creating an avatar screen. When I try to click that however it will immediately crash and that screen itself has a lot of graphical flickering. What can I do?

Best option is to first verify the game files on Steam (assuming that is where you purchased it) just in case there was an issue with the installation and download (instructions here) but because your setup will be individual to you and no one here is likely to be able to talk specs and conflicts with you in detail I would email Frontier. I think they might have a support email but I can't remember if that is support@frontier etc. but the community email is definitely the right one community@frontier.co.uk
