No I don't have any mods installed. The only mods i had were cosmetic mods for 3 species, and they were automatically uninstalled with the update.
My biggest issue with the update is the audio gets all weird. Played C.T. JP and after opening the park or after completing the medication objective, the audio started bugging out. Haven't turned it on and off again since this, and now in sandbox, where every so often the audio with bug out again.
In some cases they're not automatically installed, so could you please check again just to be safe? It just helps us eliminate possibilities.

Hi, not quite sure how to explain it other than it sounds like they're underwater or talking through a fan. When it happened specifically when the characters started talking, Wu, Hammond, and the other scientist, during the aforementioned objective. Not just their voices but the music and background sounds were all affected, even in sandbox when it happened a few times. I followed your instructions : as a precaution I still put the original files back in their place to be sure. the game crashed within 20 seconds of starting my game.

The team investigates all crash reports that come in, but unfortunately I don't have an ETA for you with regards to a new patch. I'm sure you've already done a full reinstall of the game, just to make sure no modded files remain in the game directory?
Yes, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the game.
