Game crashes CE-34787-0

PlanCo crashes regularly on PS4 Pro with Error Code CE-34787-0 and sometimes renders save games corrupt.
Very annoying in Career mode, not so bad in Sandbox or Challenge mode. Percentage in the Oswald Counter doesn´t matter.
People in our Community on PS4 have stopped playing.
