Game crashes every time I try to place a workshop habitat

I rely on the workshop as I’m not the best at creating habitats just yet and I’m trying to learn, but this problem is now happening every time I try to place a workshop habitat.
Sometimes I get the ‘terrain modification failed’ message, then it crashes and throws me out of the game and onto the crash report screen (which I can’t fill in as it freezes).
Other times it freezes for a moment and then crashes. I’ve tried not putting them close to paths or other buildings.
This afternoon I tried about 9 times to put different habitats down in different areas and it crashed every time.

Felt very frustrated. I seem to be able to place workshop buildings, shops etc with no issue.

I had a crash when placing a workshop habitat. Filled the report.
Now when I try to place anything in the same habitat, e.g. enrichment, it crashes again and again. Filled the report.

It’s so frustrating. Happened again today. But I still can’t fill in the report thing in because it freezes.
I looked at the issue tracker and this has been reported. I hope this is being looked into.
