Game crashes when I starts to play.... everything; campaign, sandbox, etc.

I'm using Epic Games as a launcher. The game updated automatically and launching itself was fine, but when I selected any game mode, campaign, sandbox, etc., it tried to load(the loading screen shows...) and immediately the whole game went off.
I already did most of the things I can find from internet, like turning off Steam, starting as a administrator's mode, verifying files in Epic, deleting and redownloading, turing off the firewalls, ...and so on, but EVERYTIME when I select any game mode, the whole game goes off.

Please help.... I've been playing this game for 148 hours and it was fine before update... (although I DID take a long break that I missed some updates)

I would try verifying the files thorough Epic and check to see if you have the most recent update on your graphics card. If that doesn't help Tech Support can help out at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/sections/4407125157650-Technical-Support
(that's directly to JWE2 support)

Edit: Just scroll down to the bottom of the page where there's a button to submit a report.
Hopefully you can find a fix soon :)
Well, I already did most of the things here (I said 'most' because I already don't have the Sonic whatever they say to delete)
so I was just reading through the page... and found this sentence. OMG.

INTEL not supported??? But I played that 148 hours with this computer, just fine.

Is this true? Is this a new thing since recent updates?
If this is causing the going-off-error, shouldn't Frontier fix this?

OMG the link you provided... I did EVERYTHING already, and caught the last sentence...... INTEL not supported? Is this true & serious?
I'm only a volunteer and I'm not very "knowledgeable" when it comes to anything tech related.
It seems odd to me that they give you a link to update them but then say it's not supported.
Maybe some other players use them and help answer that since Tech Support may not be available on weekends.

Well, since launching the game from Epic Games Launcher works, I turned it on and went to Settings to alter some graphic settings. I set graphic to Very Low and finally... it worked!
But after starting a game and fix graphic to Medium, the whole game goes off again 😢 Maybe I'll try Low now...

After talking to a friend your specs might not have enough power to load the game up correctly.
I would leave a ticket at Tech Support and they can tell you exactly what's going wrong.

Hey efwkj!

The note about Intel graphics cards not being support was specifically for Jurassic World Evolution 1. I'm not sure what the case is for Jurassic World Evolution 2, however. I would do what HeatherG suggested: leave a ticket with Tech Support :)
