Game crashes...

I have a problem.
Trying to run the game on a new computer, and it crashes.
I tried many different ways, nothing helped.
The launcher gives only an error message.
My PC:
Windows 10 Pro
AMD Ryzen 5 1400
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 1060 (3 GB)

Heat issue maybe, or memory settings wrong

Does game start and crash after x number of mins.. about the 5 mins

Yeah, it happens in 5 minutes, and sometimes in 10

I would definitely check the thermals first.

I have 4 coolers in the case, there should be no problems with it.
And I did not notice any problems with heating the computer

Stress test your PC, sounds like you stability issues. My guess is thermal or DDR4 memory timing issues. First gen Ryzen CPUs had some memory compatibility issues.

Hi,

Do you get any error messages when it crashes?

Is there anything being reported in the event manager under administration tools in the control panel, not just to do with the game but any errors affecting the pc?

Only appeared message from the launcher about an unknown error.
The computer itself did not give any reports.

My laptop crashsed playing fallout 4 for 2-3 hous non stop. Maybe once with elite power pack v hot
thought best use my games computer with the 3 mega fans in it can handle the game but over heats on both of them.

Try with minimum graphics settings run for an hour, then set higher, etc. I have to assume this is a new PC, is this a tower of laptop?

Have you tried updating your Graphics drivers or even look into any windows updates because of it a new computer? Another thing you can look into on the Elite Launcher at the top you see options and validate your game files. If you think its heat related the heat issues Tomshardware Forums. Using Furmark and Prime95. Let say your game crashes after 5 Minutes. Use the programs to stress it for 10 15 Minutes. That should rule out your system.
