Game crashing with New Odyssey Update 5

Hello, I have the same Problem.
I bought the game today and played the first tutorials without any issues. (Fly, Mining, Moonwalking)
Now I guess I am ready for a real game but the Multiplayer thingi and the Alone thingi crash. :-/
(Now i read today is patch day, maybe some more of you have that problem?)
I first want to learn how the game works and than jump into a game with my valve Index.
I heard it is outstanding in VR

After patch 5 my save game work "perfectly" i can log into the game and play. I decide to make a new start so i clear my saved game, make a new character and go to the training mission. After that, game crash, if i make a new save game again, skip the training mission the game crash, i'm stuck can't play. Crash directly to desktop when i select Open/Private or Solo.
Testing some tricks. If you load the game with Horizon you can start in orbit, you can delete and make a new one in Horizon it work but can't make a new save game in Odyssey.

I am getting odd FPS as well but the game play is smooth as glass and that is what I care about.
I'm crashing/CTD 100% of the time when I reach the mission signal for pirate hunting. Also your NPC pilot won't shut up while reporting wrong information such as: "target down, all clear"(while shooting target)
Since Patch 6, every time I try to use either system map or the galaxy map, the game crashes. Very frustrating !
What hardware are you using?
AMD Ryzen 7 3700 x 8-core processor 3593 mhz , 8 cores 16 logical processors . 16gig RAM
That should work I have no idea why it isn't , good luck with it. Have you tried updating your Bios?
Every since UD6 I have started getting crashes all the time after docking in a station and/or accessing the station UI for ships. This never happened before UD6.
On top of that twice while trying to get into super cruise taking off from a planet the timer to jump the ship into super cruise never started, the ESC key would not work to exit the game and the only way to exit the game was to kill the ED client with task manager. After getting back into the game the ESC key and getting into super cruise was fine.
This is getting way beyond ridiculous with every patch FD breaks something else. With all the problems with not being able to complete missions in UD5 at least it did not constantly crash to desktop.
