Game keeps minimising & dropping me to desktop since yesterday

This maybe occured after last update a few days ago, anyone else had this. I have killed all other apps in background one by one, & still does it, not issue like this with anything else, just Elite.

just how frequent does it do this?
if you hear that the game is running ok in the background
I would suggest things like

deleting the gpuworktable.xml from your products folder then retry
reinstall gpu driver using clean install option then retry
disable av
cntrl alt delete task manger details tab sometimes just watching what goes on there may give a clue

Do you play in fullscreen, or window? Maybe try changing from one to the other?

I play full screen., I booted up today, & not getting it this morning, in last hour or so. & on basis that no-one else as mentioned an issue, it was probably my PC at fault, thank you for the responses though guys, sorry for the hassle.
