Game looks nice in 4k

Yep, since the gamma, love it, looks fantastic.

Only thing that annoys is when leaving space stations, there has been an annoying texture bug for the texture around the slot since forever, where it takes a while to load the hi res texture, and you get to look at a crappy low res texture for a few moments.

No ya going the wrong way we need to turn off textures and have low poly models. FDEV wheres that nostalgia mode ;)

What kind of gfx card are you running it with? I've been tempted to go 4k but I'm running a gtx770 and current new cards don't seem like a worthy upgrade for their price.

I'm glad to have today joined the growing community of 4kers. Are there many others out there running in the same res?

What monitor do you have? Sadly, my 4K Samsung only gets used for email and web surfing since I experienced Elite on a Rift ;)

Which res? So many resolutions to pick from at 4k and beyond. :)
I've been in 2560x1600 (16:10) for god knows how many years, 2009 I think. Never looked back.
Especially to have enough vertical resolution for desktop stuff.

However, even with the biggest baddest of Nvidia I still wait to go beyond (3840x2160). There's not enough power in the Titan family unless you SLI them. And even that may be a bit short for certain games. And new games will reuqire even more GPU. So holding off on the larger resolutions.

EDIT: Oh, forgot. Congrats, welcome to the 4k world

Runs at approximately 60fps on a single 980ti in 3840x2160 (4k), max settings but with AA off (who needs AA at 4k anyway). Galaxy map really chugs at something like 25fps, but who cares about that.

It's truly immense, as if the game was meant for higher resolutions. The orbital lines actually look solid, not just an aliased mess.

Running at around 45fps in 4k whilst sitting parked up in the hangar. When I finish work I'll see what happens fps-wise at the local RES. I'm running with all settings maxed out on a GTX 780Ti.

Might have to upgrade the GPU setup
