Game Money and Quality of Life Gaming. PLEASE READ!!

I have a few ideas that I really hope you guys consider for the next (if) expansion. This will be meaningful quality of life game play and will simulate real life even better.
1. Playing PZ for its lifetime has taught myself and others that making money isn't hard if you know how to get a Franchise started the right way. That said, all zoos should be interconnected at least with the currency and not just the animals in trade. Currently, I have 2M in one zoo and it would be nice to build my franchises using the money earned from other zoos. I'm pretty sure this is how most real companies work. Instead of just starting out with 30K and a few Animal Points, why not allow us to use what we have earned already.
2. Security and Camera's: I know the main goal is guest happiness, but in some cases, guests are just jerks. Pickpockets, Vandalism, Littering... Security points of pathing isn't really explained well on any page. They just meander along with no real path... We have cameras that are essentially decoration. Could we please have a Camera system that decreases the likelihood of bad behavior? It will utilize what is already in game and it will give the security officers a real need in the zoo. Side Note: Maybe get that group to pay us a base fee or whatever money they have as compensation to the damages if they are caught via camera or officer... (ps: I don't know coding, so i don't know how difficult this would be, but maybe something along the lines if possible)
3. A calendar year feels way to fast as well as aging animals and reproduction. Could we half the time gate maybe? And possibly staff manage certain animal types for breeding like what you have set in exhibits? For example: Rodent animals and Swine tend to breed rapidly and with your speedy calendar time gate, it makes for intensive management. You can argue not to have so many of the same type animals, but it's our zoos and that shouldn't dictate what to have in it. I'm sure many other keepers would like to enjoy their zoo and not just manage it. I know I like to walk my zoos because I love zoos IRL and this lets me get to visit as if it was real.
4. This one is just a selfish request: There are so many grounded birds in forests that could be used in the game and it would give us aviary folks some pleasure. You can even use static animation in larger walkthrough exhibits or small exhibits for smaller birds such as Macaws or Toucans as an example. Maybe give use the option to have an open exhibit (no glass) for a more immersive experience. It would make sense especially with our educators whom pick up these animals for tours and such.

I have so many ideas for a really cool zoo experience but these, I felt, were the quality of life ideas that I HOPE you consider. Thank you for an awesome game! I really hope theres at least a few more additions in the future.
