Game Not loading and loading a new game i never started

I have been playing elite for years and have about 3weeks into the game time. I fly a fully modded Assp Explorer that i spent at least £20 on and also have a Viper that's modded. I have just been exploring to the center and found a little station in a nebula Bowston or something like that to fix a badly neded repairs on the way back, then only had 452 jumps back to the bubble. I not played it for a couple of days so decided to put in some time jumping back to the buble. But when i loaded it up it loaded me as a new character and could not get anywhere neare the ships i own. I went into the frontear store and it stated i still own all the stuff i had bought for my Assp and Viper, but when loading back into the game it started me into a new game again and i never started any new game.[alien] I tryed uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it again but it was just the same.[alien] Dose this mean i lost my Assp all my exploration Data and credits. And engineered stuff ? As i cannot see anyway to get back to it even though it says i own it in the store.My Gamertag is LordMadmax76 And CMNDA:LordMadmax76.

Even if you mistakenly reset your CDR save, which is easily possible for a new player I guess but not so much for an experienced one, you should still retain all your earned ranks and progression, but you will have lost all your money and goods unfortunately. Can you check your explorer/combat/trader ranks and see if they have reset to zero? If they haven't you have accidently started a new CMDR, if they have then something has gone seriously wrong and you will need to put in a bug report or contact support at Fdev to see if they can rectify.

On the other hand if you were destroyed and accidently selected not to go with the same build you should still have your money and any other ships and modules you saved, but not the ASPX and its engineered modules since that will been surrendered when you didn't take the current build and selected the sidewinder option. If that's the case it was just a mistake with the menu option in the rebuy screen, not sure what you can do about that except to be extra careful next time with the menu.

No that is not the case. Your new commander has all their stats reset except for the "Time in Game" (or whatever it is called). I just did a clear save on one of mine and can attest to that.

@OP - Support ticket will sort you out - they are very helpful and will check your commander account / save.

I am saying that you need to raise a support ticket at https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/ and explain what has happened.

Support staff are very helpful and will examine your account and sort things out for you.

This is a suggestions sub-forum, not a support forum so you won't get resolution here but people have tried to offer suggestions.

One thing I would say, you didn't spend real money on ships so the virtual money can be replaced by support so there is no point in complaining here about "ships i bought and spent money on" as this is not the place. Any repaints etc you bought are still there, you have not lost these "intangible" assets.

Finally - you mention "Gamertag" so I assume you are on a console, is there no chance that someone else used your console in the intervening time and started a new commander?
