General / Off-Topic Game on other platforms.

Hello, I wanted to know if Planet coaster will ever be avaiable on ther platforms (ps4, Xbox one). Sine this game reminds me of rollercoaster tycoon, and my dad and I adore those game. But there is no other games similar to it that we enjoyed the most. So if ever this game comes to other platforms, My dad would be able to play it, without using my computer.

And honestly I can't see it being done on Other platforms. Leaving out the obvious technical gap that consoles would have to run the game. The controls required are too complex. The console controllers simply dont have enough buttons to do it well. If you were to get a Planet Coaster Console port, it be dumb down, and no where near as good as its PC release. I wouldn't want to do that to the franchise.

A dev said that the current gen of consoles just does not have the power to handle the game. There are some older coaster/park games that will run on consoles it seems.
