I admit that my knowledge on actor/actress names is shady at best.

Assuming Bill Paxton is the dude who said these immortal words?

Bill Paxton, his role in Aliens was probably one of the best character perfomances in a sci-fi movie.

Game over indeed!

RIP Bill.

Is there a Paxton station out there we can hang a plaque on?

P.S. Would it be too insensitive to ask "what the <meep> are we gonna do now man?????" [big grin]

All the great ones are leaving us...

You got that right!

2016 was the most depressing year in my life for a multitude of reasons, culminating of course with the sudden and heart breaking loss of Carrie Fisher. :(

And now Bill Paxton has left us too. :(

CRAP.... Are we ever going to get some good news?

R.I.P. Another great loss to the sci-fi world and the world in general.

Second (third, fifth?) call for a Paxton station, preferably above LV-426.

Fly safe CMDRs o7

very sad news one of the greats. RIP.

I would like to see a station names after him above a planet so we can all scream "Express elevator to he'll going down" when we're landing.

I only just found out he was a childhood friend of Bill Mumy and is in the video for Barnes & Barnes' Fish Heads. I remember explaining to an incredulous friend that the guy from Lost In Space and Bablyon 5 was responsible for that song; if I'd also told him that the bloke from Aliens was in the video I think his head would have exploded.

So many of my favourite movies of the 80s and 90s had Bill Paxton in them somewhere. Rarely the star, but somehow always there. RIP Bill.
