Game purchase.

Hi, Yesterday I purchased the game on Steam, only the original version, like a fool! aha

Is there anyway I can just pay the extra few £££ and upgrade rather than buying the whole game again?

Try contacting Steam support for a refund. If you don't download and install the game, and just let them know you accidently bought the wrong version you should be good. I did the same thing a while back (but different game), accidently bought the base version rather than GOTY version and I was able to get my money refunded (they put it in my Steam wallet, and I used that to buy the correct version).

Sorry, I've just realised that I had a reply!

That's exactly what I did! Got a refund for a 'wrong purchase' and then purchased the upgraded version. But all was in vein as I never got to play the game in the end until a few days after release.
