Starting with 5 min-worst facility (level 1)- worst car (level1) two pilot under 80 (79 and 75) hard and hard on difficult in 3 year i get best car even after the update were they supposedly can update their car better.
the board told me to arrive at least 9 or better first year - I was 6th
the second year board told me to arrive at least 6th - I was 4th
and third-year board told me to arrive at least 4th - I was 1st
and i never had to use expertise mechanics (mostly because they are too expensive at begin of the game, but ultimately AI does seem not to be that smart enough so there is no point in using them)
