Game throwing Money at Me!

Light night I met a friend in the game for the first time. He was on my friends list and we showed up in the same instance at the Nav point. Great fun ensued (after we'd finished show boating and taking screenshots of each other) as we formed a bounty hunting team taking out a series of ASP's and wanted haulers. All of craft we killed dropped rare goods, the Nav point was full of floating Gold, when I returned to my local anarchy platform to cash in there were 8 tons of silver floating around outside it. I was able to fill my hold with stolen salvage. It was like all of my birthdays came at once. Had a fantastic time. Makes me wonder why people complain about it being hard to make money, when the game is so rich with floating goodies!

So what the best thing other players have found floating around?

i found some palladium floating around, it was in the hold of a type 6 at the time

I once killed an NPC pirate and he dumped a bunch of Leestian Evil Juice everywhere. And that was in a system over 170 lightyears away from Leesti. If only I hadn't impaled myself on the big pointy thing inside the station...

Ive been in a extraction zone, and 2 other player show up, and I did the bountyrun of my life (500K) it was real fun!

And then next day, same location.... only few sideys with bountys 400Cr to 1500 Cr..... can it be that the targets are influenced by the number of players in an instance?
