My game keeps freezing up/locking my out from any movement while windows 10 complains that the game has become unresponsive and yet it's still running in the background without the whole screen freezing up. In fact I recorded this video while exactly that was going on,

the reason I stood still for this video wasn't because I wanted to keep that position for it, it's because it came up as being unresponsive and I couldn't put in any input even though the game was still running in the background. I stopped playing for a month hoping I'd come back to a bunch of bug fixes, and came back to more bugs. Any ideas?
