game wont start.

my game crashed this morning shortly after arrival at jaques station now the game starts ok and I am able to play all the training missions but that's all my game itself wont load whether in solo or open play has anyone any advice on what to do ?

Try a hard reset of the console. If that doesn't work your may have a corrupted save file. Put in a help ticket giving as much info on where you were when it happened, they will restore you as best they can. May not be in same system etc but hopefully with you cash and ship. Good luck.

They will hopefully restore your game 'intact'. Don't worry too much, there will probably be at least one game reset before final release anyway. When that happens we will all restart again...but with cash equivalent of assets earned so far...

Don't worry dude this happened to me twice and I was forced to restart but both times FD was more then willing to be the gracious gods they are and give me my lifetime game earnings back once I started a new save

did they offer this or was it a case of badgering them about it?

They offered I had merely stated that it sucker to loose the financial aspect of how much I had earned they said that was easily fixable didn't have to badger at all they are very good at what they do and very acommaditing to the fact that things like save corruption can happen especially because it was apparently a common thing in the Harma system where I was at

ok thanks it was in gliese 1269 had just landed at the moving station, jaques station had 230lys worth of astronomical data a hold full of rare skins and a few contracts to collect a million in the bank and was going to upgrade the cobra to a vulture had been grafting for weeks now, hopefully they will sort me out thanks for all the info.

When I went there the only thing you could sell to it was cartographic data it didn't have a commodities market for me or even a mission board
