I thought they're working that "failed state" (sad condition for this traditional place) at least every weekend and during peak-hour evenings?
Let's face it... Founders World has become a mudhole, just like the old worlds used to be in the old days.

I'd bet in a year or so "Jameson Memorial" could safely be renamed to "Gankers Memorial".

What's so special about Shinrarta and Jameson?
Permit system that you only get access to by either being a beta backer from way back when or reaching elite rank in the game. All ships and modules (excluding PP modules you haven't earned) are available at Jameson Memorial at a 10% discount permanently.
There's ALWAYS playah killah's about at Jameson's. That's what makes getting in and out of there so much fun.

If "emergent gameplay" means "Oh look another player shooting at other CMDRs trying to dock or undock from Jameson, how original!", then yeah...
There has to be a point where that type of thing is considered not 'emergent' but 'dull and boring'

Jameson Memorial is the Wall-Mart of space. Every Ship and Module at 10% discount.

Jameson Memorial always has all ships and all modules in stock with 10% discount. Therefore, most players with permit to Shinrarta go there when they want to buy and outfit a new ship.
And since the number of players with this permit is steadily increasing, the risk of ganking attempts is also increasing of course.
You guys get instanced with the worst of scum. Since Beta, when in the bubble I am in open: never have I been ganked or attacked by another player simply for being. Once, just once, back in '15 I decided to interdict a wing of two cmdr's that were wanted (some low bounty of 50k or so) Of course 2 on 1 I got my sass handed to me but I came very close to finishing one of them off. Anyway they didn't even finish me off when my hull was at 7%. The limping one skedaddled and the other remained. We exchanged pleasantries as if the mma timer went off at the last round with all of our noses bloody but with smiles up to our ears.

"Role playing". I'm ok with it now, sooner or later a bean counter at FD will realise griefers slash idiots are costing the company money and will force them to do something about it.
