Ganking and everything that goes with it is one thing, but when one Ganker takes it too far and starts sharing my personal details to all other gankers, pretty much promoting harassment is totally beyond ok…fantastic “community” btw

They blocked me on the Discord after I kicked off…
All because a month ago I combat logged…which I hated doing straight after btw…so much so I told FDev straight away
If it's personal information (IE not game stuff), you should contact Fdev about it for harassment. It's illegal to share such datas without your approval.
Also, game logging is forbidden. I solved the issue by playing in "solo". So far, I haven't had any gankers. Crossing my fingers. Another way is to put them on ignore, you will not be in their own instance in the future.

I know Combat logging is against TOS , I told FDev, they warned me not to again, which I haven’t…and also thanked me for being honest.
If it's personal (none-game, IRL) info then it could be illegal. Even if not, almost certainly against Discord TOS.
As it's a non-Frontier platform, they may not be able to link the perpetrator with an in-game account definitively, so FDev might not be able to do much.

You should be careful in general with what personal information you share on social media and the internet. You could report them to Discord for harassment and doxing?
On the internet, if you are good enough, it's not that hard to find someone's personal datas if you want to. With our lives being more and more on the digital space.
Report them to discord if they act only in discord. If they harass you in game or any frontier owned places, contact Fdev. If they harass you all over the place, contact your local law enforcement.
Of course, but's no reason to make it easier than it needs to be! With a pair of bolt cutters, it would be very quick and easy to steal my bike but I still going to lock it up!
