GeForce 347.88 driver - no DK2 and E:D possible

Have updated my Geforce Driver to 347.88

Now it´s impossible to Play E:D with the rift
Cause no 3D, only 2 different sights in the Monitors of the DK2

:-(

It works for me fine. Check your setup as upgrading the drivers sometimes resets a couple of things

If that's the current WHQL, then I installed it on the day of release- and it works just fine for me. Check your extended display configuration, Oculus config and similar things.

it most definitely works, were all running 88.
and there are always posts the day the new drivers come out to confirm it works.

something is off.

make sure teamviewer is not running (if you use it, it mangles dk2 setup), make sure dk2 is extended mode, make sure the setting in ED is secondary display (this is usually what gets undone)

often on a driver update, or some extended tinkering, I have to reset the DK2 settings in ED.

I had the same issue on Sunday when I updated; I had to reset the display option to extended mode in Oculus Config util...

Yes, in front of my ED machine now- and the .88 is what I am running, and it's all fine. As I said above, the main thing to check is that installing the driver hasn't caused some bit of display config to change (though it didn't here). Check your Oculus control panel- that it's in Extended mode.. and check your monitor config, that the Rift shows up as a monitor etc..

Also, maybe try setting ED to use the normal monitor, and then set it back up to use the Rift, just in case something is weird there.

This is teaching you to suck eggs, but this setup guide is a useful checklist sometimes:

I had the exact same issue the first time I installed those last released drivers, using the "Express" option. I then unistalled them and rolled back to previous one, and then I tried again several days after to reinstall last release but this time I made a Custom Install, and didn't check the 2 lines with 3D NVidia Vision stuffs and I checked "Perform a clean install" button (so losing few custom games settings, not a big deal) and this time all worked fine.

Im running most current drivers too with no issues. Check your graphics setting in ED and make sure the 3d setting is still set to Oculus Rift
