General assassination mission question

I am in system with my target..... How the hell do I find him?

I seem to be super cruising around finding random stuff looking for the guy, is their a way of specifically finding them?

At the moment it seems the targets are either extremely rare, or are bugged (and you can't find them). But usually, they are in Anaconda's, and it usually ends like this:

Try looking at Unidentified Signal Sources, as that is apparently where they are usually found.

Search in U.S.S.

It might take a while. But if you don't find your target itself, you might get a hint from a passing merchant. This will update your mission log from three to one system to look in.

Go there and continue your search in U.S.S.. You might find your target quite soon, I guess. At least I did.

And afterwards, I hoped, I wouldnt have... 330.000 cr. rebuy costs for me...
