Personally, Windows 7 and Windows 10 are relatively popular, but I don't deny that they don't have any drawbacks.
What problems have you had with your Windows 10 or Windows 7computer?

windows 7
Gerneric Chicken and the egg issues mostly with windows 7.

Windows 7 is no longer supported as many apps need libraries that are not present on windows 7 becuase microsoft moved on from windows 7...
Those libraries only exist on windows 8.1 and 10 because thats the only OS microsoft will add them to... So the application update was never writen to support windows 7 because it means Manualy having to convert libraries to windows 7 and nobody is doing that... when the user could have upgraded... or be dual booting 7 and 10 on the same hardware just different HDDs...

Newer USB and bluetooth devices just don't work on windows 7 as there drivers were never made when windows 7 was even out as new...
Again this is catch 22 because the USB devices were made after windows 7 there is no support in windows 7 kernal for that device natively and there are no drivers becuase windows 8 and 10 support them natively in kernal at time of release of the devices...

Applications when being installed or upated pop up with the "this is not windows 8 or 10 64 bit OS, go away, we stated this app version was only compatible with 8 or 10" window on the online down load installer exe...

Web sites that state your OS is not supported use Edge or Chrome on windows 10 please because your web brower ID states 7 in it not 8 or 10 so every time you get that the web site is disabled untill you click the close box...

windows 10 issues
Window 10 issue is bloat ware and spy ware by default but most Debloat scripts coded by the "Expert" online have broken the apps I use as they remove content the apps need from windows...
Microsoft removing drivers this disables the lights and controlls in windows 10 for the laptop I use at every update even though the drivers work perectly fine after install again... realy annoying...
Forced updates after 30 days when the system is running fine but any update microsoft could do could break some thing...
The time you have to spend to find scripts or apps to block all the negatives because micosoft put a back door in the last update which over rides the third party app and still forced an update... and the app creator missed the back door microsoft put in...

Back door = Hidden scripts or access put by the OS creator to give them controll of the OS or application no matter what the user turns on or off.., because the OS or application is there IP, you are only borrowing or renting it you don't own it you only own a license to it...

Took me a few minutes to get used to the new look of windows 10.
Took me a few minutes to lock down the privacy settings.
Took me a few minutes to run ubuntu alongside windows.

I love windows 10!

7 was great, but the king is dead, long live the king !

I'd also like to say that every OS has it's issues, and none of them are the definitive best, it's all opinion, and we all love opinions right ;)
I use linux at work, I use windows at home.
I dislike Apple mainly for the business practices and can't really comment on their systems as I haven't used one for a fairly long time now. I'm sure theyre good at whatever theyre good at.

Windows 7's forced obsolescence results in it being tricky to get working correctly on anything newer than a Skylake part and it doesn't support some newer APIs. Security updates are also ending in a few months.

Windows 10 is a buggy mess because Microsoft's QA has gone down the toilet over the last several years, resulting in end users being treated as beta testers. It's also bloated and spyware ridden and as GraphiteGB mentions, disabling these things without breaking stuff can be quite tricky. The OS is 'usable', but it's more of a black box than ever and it's very hard to diagnose issues with the amount of stuff going on and how sloppily it seems to have been cobbled together.
