Logged in today to do a few trade runs and found the space outside Cleve hub in Eravate littered with canisters of Palladium. Apparently CMDR Natasliav (name might be wrong, i negected to write it down) showed up in their Anaconda and dropped them off for other players to salvage and sell. Made roughly 1.6 mil without leaving the space around the station
