Genetic Sampler: Biological wave scanner and passive scanning

Two things I think would be good to change is to, when your genetic sampler is out, is to put a "biological wave scanner" below your compass at the top, where the conflict zone UI is shown during on foot conflict zones, showing biological signals and hints to the general location where unscanned and eligible biological signals (already scanned and ones too close excluded) passively, and passive scanning, where instead of just having to press LT over and over, it automatically looks at the area around you quietly, and only makes a sound once it finds a valid biological signal in range. The current bioscan behavior would reveal it visually, like now. Would also help with the scan function activation sounding too close to the sounds of pings when it does find something.
