It's so hard to find players on Ps4 I'm considering making a completely non-engineered (except fsd reset small dumbfire missiles) cobra 3 and pirating the noob systems. Nicely though, with comms and I'll say yarrrrrgh and such.
My conscience wouldn't let me do this in any of my "real" builds.
The only players one can find reliably outside starting area are pretty much other dedicated PvP'ers in shinrarta. Occasionally you'll get lucky and find a player at a CG.
